The brief for the logo design was to create an evolution of the previous logo. As the company provides fasteners, nuts and bolts to the automotive industry the logo needed to represent this. As part of the automotive branding style we created a clean icon with a nut and bolt for the wheels.
A key element of the re-brand was to promote the more common use of the brands initials AFL by its tier 1 automotive clients. The company is more readily referred to by its clients as ‘AFL’ rather than Auto Fasteners limited, and so the logo needed to reflect this.
We provided AFL with a clean responsive web design to showcase their areas of expertise. AFL supplies its clients in bulk, with specially designed fastener sets, so the website was not intended for the general public to be able to purchase individual items, and gives a good overview of how the company works instead.
